Basic Health Tips
- Don’t skip breakfast
This will ensure that you don’t become hungry throughout the course of the day and begin to
unnecessarily snack on what’s in front of you; which is usually nothing your body needs.
- Drink Water
Always carry a bottle of water to avoid dehydration and buying drinks that are high in sugar.
- Keep it natural
When buying food, always attempt to ensure it is in its most natural form. This means there
are less chemicals and artificial foods.
- Consuming less sugar
Always aim to get the sugar your body needs from fruit and other natural routes. This is
primarily because sugar leads to greater harmful effects.
When it comes to food voices, always pose the question: “just because I can, doesn’t
mean I should”. This loosely means it is not matter of ability or availability – rather, it
is a matter choice and understanding.
