                                                Dear Title III Administrators and Colleagues:
                                                On behalf of the Title III Institutions in Mississippi and the Presidents'
                                                Advisory Board I extend a hearty welcome to Mississippi for your An-
                                                nual Meeting and Technical Assistance Workshop, but most of all a time
                                                for sharing your successes in administering your Title III Programs.
                                                The Presidents' Advisory Board looks forward to our time together as
                                                we work to address the many challenges confronting our institutions.

                                                Title III plays a major role in the delivery of our academic programs,
                                                thereby making your work a critical part of our institutions. I am sure I
                                                have the full support of members of the Advisory Board in expressing
                                                our thanks and appreciation for your work and support through your
                        excellent administration of your individual Title III program.

                        We trust that the information that will be shared during this meeting will assist each of you to move
                        Title III programs to new heights as we work together to improve the educational experiences of the
                        students who look to our institutions as their bridge to a better tomorrow. The Presidents' Advisory
                        Board looks forward to our time together this week.
