5. Remove the pork from the skillet to a serving platter. Return the
skillet to the stove top over medium heat.
6. Whisk together the chicken broth, maple syrup, vinegar, and
mustard. Cook for 3 minutes or until the sauce is thick.
7. Slice the pork.
To make the farro:
1. Cook farro according to the package directions; keep warm.
2. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat,
heat the oil. Add the garlic, mushrooms, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook for 10 minutes or until the mushrooms are browned and
the liquid has evaporated. Stir in the farro.
4. Serve the sliced pork with the farro, spooned with sauce.
