Steak with Onion-
Gluten-Free
Mushroom Sauce
Dairy-Free
This tenderloin steak recipe is a special-occasion dish, perfect for
a romantic date night at home or for celebrating a birthday. The
simple mushroom-onion sauce is infused with fresh thyme and
is oh so good served over mashed potatoes alongside steamed
green beans.
Ingredient Tip: Some grocery stores sell beef tenderloin tails
at a much lower price than beef tenderloin steaks. These are the
smaller ends of the beef tenderloin that are often hard to sell, but
they are the same cut of beef and taste just as delicious.
