EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

                EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER

Bunkhouse is an equal opportunity employer. It is the policy of the company to provide equal employment
opportunities without regard to race, color, sex, pregnancy, age, disability, religion, national origin, sexual orientation,
ancestry, status as a veteran, genetic information or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local
law. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including, but not limited to, recruitment, hiring,
training, promotion, transfer, layoff, termination, compensation, benefits, job assignments and all other conditions
and privileges of employment in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws. In addition, the company
will make reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and sincerely held religious beliefs if
it can do so without undue hardship.
                ETHICS POLICY

Bunkhouse conducts its business fairly, impartially, in an ethical and proper manner and in compliance with all laws
and regulations. We are committed to conducting our business with integrity underlying all relationships, including
those with customers, suppliers and communities and among employees. The highest standards of ethical business
conduct are required of our employees in performance of their responsibilities. Employees will not engage in conduct
or activity that may raise questions as to the company’s honesty, impartiality, or reputation. Employees will avoid
any action, whether or not specifically prohibited in the personnel policies, which might result in or reasonably be
expected to create an appearance of:
                   • Using your position for private gain
                   • Giving preferential treatment to any person (guest or employee) or entity
                   • Adversely affecting the confidence of the public in the integrity of the company
Every employee has the responsibility to ask questions, seek guidance, report suspected violations, and express
concerns regarding compliance with this policy.

Retaliation against employees who use these reporting mechanisms to raise genuine concerns will not be tolerated.
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing policy guidance and issuing procedures to
assist managers and employees in complying with Bunkhouse expectations of ethical business conduct and
uncompromising values. If you have questions regarding the standards of ethical business conduct required of all
employees, contact the Director of Human Resources.

                ADA ACCOMMODATION
Reasonable accommodation is available to a qualified employee with a disability when the disability affects the
employee’s performance of essential job functions, provided such an accommodation does not impose an undue
hardship on the company. We make our employment decisions based on the merits of the employee in accordance
with defined criteria, not the disability of the individual.

Qualified individuals with disabilities are entitled to equal pay and other forms of compensation (or changes in
compensation) as well as job assignments, classifications, organizational structures, position descriptions, lines of
                progression, and seniority.
Bunkhouse is also committed to not discriminating against any qualified employee or applicant because the person
is related to or associated with a person with a disability.
