Bunkhouse will follow any state or local law that gives more protection to a person with a disability than the
ADA gives. Bunkhouse is committed to taking all other actions that are necessary to ensure equal employment
opportunity for persons with disabilities in accordance with the ADA and any other applicable federal, state, and local
                laws.

                APPLICATIONS
We rely on the accuracy of the information you put on your employment application. We also expect that you and
your references give accurate and true information during the hiring process and employment. If we find that any
information is misleading, false, or was left out on purpose, we may reject an applicant from further consideration. If
the person was already hired, it could result in termination of employment.

                REFERENCE CHECKS
Bunkhouse will respond only to those reference check inquiries that are submitted in writing on former employees.
Responses to such inquiries will be limited to factual information that can be substantiated by Bunkhouse records.

No employment data will be released without a written authorization and release signed by the individual who is the
                subject of the inquiry.
                I-9 COMPLIANCE

Bunkhouse is committed to employing only people who are legally authorized to work in the United States in
accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. We do not discriminate because of a person’s
                citizenship or national origin.

Every new employee at Bunkhouse is required to complete the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 and show
documents that prove identity and employment eligibility.
If you leave Bunkhouse and are rehired, you must complete another Form I-9 if the previous I-9 with Bunkhouse is
more than three years old; if the work authorization originally submitted has expired; or if we no longer have the
                original I-9.

If you have questions about I-9 verification, contact the Director of Human Resources.
                DURATION OF EMPLOYMENT

Bunkhouse does not require employees to commit to employment for any specific duration, and does not commit to
employees that their employment will last for any specific duration. Consequently, all employment is considered at
will. This means that Bunkhouse may terminate your employment at any time for any reason and likewise, you are
free to resign your employment at any time. Only the General Manager or Bunkhouse can modify this relationship
and, even then, only in writing.
                RESIGNATION

Employees who decide to resign from their employment with the company are requested to give at least two
weeks written notice. Employees who are planning to leave the company should contact their department manager
regarding their benefit status and necessary paperwork. All employees will be required to turn in all company
property including keys, equipment, uniforms, and the employee handbook on your last day of work. Refer to the
“Paychecks” section of this Handbook for more details regarding final paychecks.
