OPEN DOOR POLICY

Misunderstandings or conflicts can arise in any organization. If you have a question, complaint, or are bothered
by a job-related situation, including witnessing or experiencing workplace bullying, you should first speak with your
immediate supervisor or manager. This is usually the best way to seek resolution of problems and is a matter of
professional courtesy. If, however, the issue is not resolved, you are encouraged to bring your concern to the next
                level of management.
Should your concern not be satisfactorily addressed, or be one that you would rather not discuss with your
immediate supervisor or within your own department, you should contact your Human Resources representative
or General Manager if you do not have one. They will advise and counsel you on a wide range of issues as well
as clarify and answer questions regarding Human Resources policies, and are responsible for investigating all
grievances brought to the company’s attention.

                PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

                Guest Privacy
Our guests entrust the company with important information relating to their businesses and personal life. The nature
of this relationship requires you to maintain confidentiality. A violation of a guest’s confidentiality seriously injures
the company’s reputation and effectiveness. Therefore, please do not discuss company business with anyone who
does not work for the company and never discuss business transactions with anyone who does not have a direct
association with the transaction. Even casual remarks can be misinterpreted and repeated, so develop the personal
discipline necessary to maintain confidentiality. If someone questions you outside of our management group or even
your department and you are concerned about the appropriateness of giving him or her certain information, politely
refer the request to your manager.

We are hopeful that the company will attract various celebrities. It is your responsibility, as representatives of
Bunkhouse, to affirmatively protect the privacy of any of our guests or patrons that may be in the public eye.
Our guests make use of our services because of the level of professionalism, respect, and privacy we provide.
Therefore, it is imperative you refrain from engaging in any conduct that might infringe on a celebrity guest’s privacy.
This includes soliciting autographs, tickets to any performance, or photographs of or with celebrities. Because of its
seriousness, disclosure of confidential information or solicitation of guests for non-work related information may lead
                to immediate termination.

                Confidential Information

Your employment with Bunkhouse assumes an obligation to maintain confidentiality, even after you leave the
company. You must keep the company’s confidential information in the strictest confidence and must not
disclose the company’s confidential information to any person who is not employed by the company. “Confidential
Information” means information or material that is commercially valuable to the company, is maintained by the
company as confidential or secret, and is not generally known or available to the public.
Confidential information includes, without limitation, the following:

                   1. Any and all versions of the company’s proprietary computer software (including source code and object code),
                     hardware, firmware and documentation;
                   2. Technical information concerning the company’s products and services, including, without limitation, product
