will be paid one and one half (1.5) times your regular rate of pay for any time over forty (40) hours per week that you

Drive Time
• Drive time is paid when you are required to drive from one job related location/site to another as part of your
principal job duties.
• Drive time is not paid when you are driving from home to work.
• Drive time is not paid while you are en route to the first site of an assignment in the city where you work.
• Drive time is not paid while you are driving home from the last site of an assignment in the city where you work.
Holiday Pay
Because we are part of an industry that stays open seven days a week, you may be required to work on any of
the holidays listed below. Part-time hourly employees and full-time hourly employees who haven’t met their 90-day
waiting period will be paid one and one half (1.5) times their regular hourly rate if they are required to work on these
holidays. Employees whose shifts are split between two dates will be paid one and one half (1.5) times their regular
hourly rate if they clock in on the actual holiday.
Full-time, hourly employees who have fulfilled their 90-day waiting period will receive 8 hours of holiday pay. If you
work the holiday, you will get paid your normal wages in addition to the holiday pay. These conditions are subject
to management approval and the completion of scheduled shifts before and after the holiday. Full-time, salaried
employees who are required to work an 8-hour day on a company recognized holiday will be given the option to take
another day off in lieu of the holiday if they desire and must do so within the same pay period.
Company Holidays:
• New Year’s Day - January 1
• Memorial Day - Last Monday in May
• Independence Day - July 4
• Labor Day - First Monday in September
• Thanksgiving - Fourth Thursday in November
• Christmas Day - December 25
Pay Periods and Pay Days
You are paid on a bi-weekly basis, every other Friday. If the pay date falls on a National Holiday, the pay date is
advanced one day earlier (the Thursday prior). The hours included on each paycheck will be the total hours worked
during each pay period. Check with your payroll administrator to see when your property’s pay period starts and
ends.
Paychecks
• You have the option to have your pay directly deposited into your checking or savings account. To become
eligible:
a. You must complete the necessary paperwork with the payroll processor in order to use direct deposit.
b. On payday, if you use direct deposit, you will receive a pay stub/report instead of a paycheck.
c. You are required to pick up your pay stub every pay period, unless issued online (paperless).
• If you wish for someone else to pick up your check or stub, we must have a note on-file from you stating who
is authorized to do so.
• Please do not endorse your paycheck until you are ready to deposit it or cash it. The company will not replace
