Bunkhouse has high expectations that all of our team members demonstrate a neat and clean appearance. This
starts with wearing a neat and complete uniform/ outfit each day. If your manager feels your personal appearance
is inappropriate, you will be asked to leave the workplace (without pay) until you are properly dressed or groomed.
Without unduly restricting individual tastes, the following personal appearance guidelines must be followed:
                   • Offensive body odor and poor personal hygiene is not acceptable.
                   • Wash hands after smoking, use of restroom, handling trash, cleaning tasks, and handling money.
                   • Shoes must provide safe, secure footing, and offer protection against hazards.
                   • Mustaches and beards must be clean, well-trimmed, and neat.
                   • Perfume, cologne, and aftershave lotion should be used moderately or avoided altogether, as some individuals
may be sensitive to strong fragrances.
                   • All uniform pants and shirts must be properly fitted to the employee’s size.

All work attire must be neat, clean, and free of any stains, holes, and tears.
                UNIFORMS

If you are required to wear a uniform, you may be issued one or given instructions on what to purchase. Some
uniforms are cleaned and maintained by the company, but it is also your responsibility to keep your uniforms clean

and a subordinate employee, the supervisor is responsible for notifying his or her supervisor or manager about the
                relationship.
