providing such confidential information to our competitors.
Both federal and state laws prohibit conspiracies or agreements that unreasonably restrain trade. Formal or informal
understandings or agreements between competitors concerning the pricing of services or limitations on the output of
services are unlawful and may not be discussed by you with any competitor.
BENEFITS PACKAGE
All full-time employees will be eligible for company benefits after completing the established waiting period. Each
property’s waiting period and benefits package may vary. The benefits package, as outlined in your property’s
annual Employee Benefits Summary, may include and is not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life
insurance, disability coverage, company discounts, etc. The benefits package is subject to change and will be
re-issued annually. Please see your property’s Human Resources representative or the Bunkhouse Director of
Human Resources for a copy of the Employee Benefits Summary and eligibility requirements. The various official
plan descriptions and documents will govern the terms of your benefits. The Bunkhouse Human Resource office is
available to assist you with any benefit questions or concerns.
SAFETY & SECURITY
SAFETY RULES
Safety is to be given primary importance in every aspect of planning and performing all company activities. We
want to protect you and our guests from injury and illness. Please report all injuries (no matter how minor) to your
manager immediately, as well as anything that needs repair or is a safety hazard.
It is important to follow all safety measures prescribed by the company.
1. Conduct: Horseplay, ‘practical jokes,’ etc., are forbidden. Employees are required to work in an injury-free
manner displaying accepted levels of behavior. Conduct that places the employee or others at risk, or which
threatens or intimidates others, is forbidden.
2. Drugs and Alcohol: Use and/or possession of illegal drugs on company property or on company time is
forbidden. Alcohol use on company time is forbidden. Alcohol use while on property for designated functions
must be approved prior by your manager. Reporting for work while under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol
is forbidden.
3. Housekeeping: The following areas must remain clear of obstructions:
• Aisles/exits
• Fire extinguishers and emergency equipment
• All electrical breakers, controls, and switches
• Eye wash/safety showers
You are responsible to keep your work area clean and safe. Clean- up several times throughout the day, disposing
of trash and waste in approved containers, wiping up any drips/spills immediately, and putting equipment and tools
away as you are finished with them.
4. Injury Reporting: All work-related injuries must be reported to your supervisor immediately. Failure to
immediately report injuries can result in loss of Workers’ Compensation benefits, and may subject you to
disciplinary action. After each medical appointment resulting from a work-related injury, you must contact your
