performance and scheduling demands and cannot make exceptions for employees who also hold outside jobs.
USE OF COMPANY OR GUEST PROPERTY
You are not to use Bunkhouse or guest supplies, information, equipment, or funds unless authorized to do so.
Guests’ property must never leave the premises.
Company Keys
Company keys used in your work area are to be checked out from your supervisor and must be returned before you
leave the premises. You may not take keys home unless you are authorized by your supervisor to do so. In this case,
you will be required to complete a Key Issue Form.
Company Property
In some instances, employees may be allowed to borrow company property, including software, manuals, and
proprietary information. You are expected to get authorization for any removal or personal use of company property.
You are responsible for returning the company’s property in good condition.
Return of Company Property
Any company property issued to you must be returned to the company at the time of your dismissal or resignation
or when requested by your manager or member of management. You are responsible to pay for any lost or damaged
items.
Parking
You are encouraged to park on the streets adjacent to the property or in a public parking areas. If your property is a
hotel, please keep in mind that the parking spaces in front of the property and in the parking lot are for guests and
patrons.
Courtesy and common sense in parking will avoid accidents, personal injuries, and damage to your vehicle and to
the vehicles of other employees and especially guests. If you should damage another car while parking or leaving,
immediately report the incident, along with the license numbers of both vehicles, and any other pertinent information
you may have to your manager. The company does not assume any liability for any loss or damages you may sustain.
Personal Phone Calls and Mail
The company recognizes that you must sometimes place or receive personal calls on company telephones. However,
the telephone system is intended to serve the needs of the business and it is essential that we keep personal use
from interfering with that purpose. If you have personal calls to make, try to do so during non- working periods. Ask
callers to minimize the number of calls you receive. Do not use the company as a personal mailing address. If you
abuse this policy, you may be subject to disciplinary action.
Lost and Found
As a part of your responsibility to our guests and patrons, we ask that you follow the policy set by your supervisor
regarding all articles found in your work area. There is a lost and found log on every property to aid in the
communication of all lost and found items. Please make use of the log.
Use of Company Facilities
You may not use company facilities without prior approval from your manager. All requests must be made at least
forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
