3. Choking
                    a. Call 9-1-1.
                    b. Do nothing if the victim is moving air by coughing or gasping.
                    c. If no air movement, apply Heimlich maneuver:
                      • From behind, wrap your arms around the victim’s waist.
                       • Make a fist and place the thumb side of your fist against the victim’s upper abdomen, below the rib cage
                       and above the navel.
                       • Grasp your fist with your other hand and press into their upper abdomen with a quick upward thrust. Do not
                       squeeze the ribcage; confine the force of the thrust to your hands.
                       • Repeat until object is expelled.

                  4. Fainting and Shock
                    a. Call 9-1-1.
                    b. Have the victim lie or sit down and rest (place the victim on side if unconscious).
                    c. Keep the victim comfortable, not hot or cold.
                    d. Ask or look for emergency medical I.D.
                    e. Treat other injuries as necessary until emergency personnel arrive.
                  5. Fractures and Sprains
                    a. Call 9-1-1.
                    b. Keep the victim quiet and comfortable.
                    c. Keep the injured area immobile until emergency personnel arrive.

                  6. Poisoning and Overdose
                    a. Call 9-1-1
                    b. If choking, lower the head.
                    c. Investigate to determine what substance is involved and how taken.
                    d. Give large volumes of water.
                    e. Induce vomiting by stimulating throat with fingers (wearing protective gloves).
                    f.  Call local Poison Control Center at 1-800-222-1222 (24 hours).
                    g. Stay with the victim and assist as necessary until emergency personnel arrive.
                  7. Seizure
                    a. Call 9-1-1.
                    b. Protect the victim from self-injury. Make sure that the victim is away from dangerous and hazardous objects.
                    c. Make sure the person can breathe easily to avoid choking as many seizure victims start to vomit or foam at
                      the mouth.
                    d. Do not restrain the victim to avoid aggressive response.
                    e. When the seizure has ended, let the victim rest. Check for airway, breathing, and circulation.
                    f.  If the victim is not breathing, perform artificial respirations.

                  8. Unconscious/Unresponsive
                    a. Call 9-1-1.
                    b. Check for breathing.
                    c. If victim is not breathing:
