Professional Development
Bracket recognizes the need for all employees to gain additional knowledge to grow their
careers. As such, financial assistance may be made available for certifications, seminars
and/or training courses directly related to the employee’s present position at Bracket,
organizational budget and other criteria as noted below.
1. To apply for assistance, complete the Professional Development
Application found on the HR SharePoint site. Submit the completed
form to Human Resources. You will be notified by Human Resources
of the approval/denial.

3. 1.0 Certifications, Seminars, Courses
1.1 Employee Eligibility:
Full-time employees who, have been continuously employed as a full-time employee
for at least one (1) year before starting the course, and are performing satisfactorily
in their current job are eligible to participate.
1.2 Course/Certification/Seminar Eligibility:
Course/Certification/Seminar: Must be directly related to your current job or a related
job within the company into which you might easily transfer due to your current
qualifications and experience.
1.3 Reimbursement Amounts:
Employees will be reimbursed for eligible expenses up to annual cap of $1,000,
£1000, 25,500 CZK and 125,000 Yen.
Employees will not be eligible for reimbursement for failing grades, incompleted
courses, or withdraws. Additionally, the Company will not cover those classes with
grades stating “in progress;” the course MUST be completed and or have a finalized
grade in order to be eligible for reimbursement.
Education that is offered only during the workday i.e. Seminars, Bracket continues to
pay the employee for the days(s).
4. 2.0 Scientific Licensure and Continuing Education Courses
Because scientific licensed professionals are critical to Bracket’s continued growth
and expertise, Bracket provides financial support for such employees to complete the
