4.0 New Hire Orientation
                      The Company will provide a New Hire Orientation program to ensure the effective
                     integration of all new employees into or across the organization for the benefit of both
                     parties. All new employees will be required to complete Bracket’s New Hire program,
                     details of which will be provided upon commencement of employment.

               5.0 Management Development
                     The development of all managers is a key to ensuring Bracket is equipped to meet
                     business challenges. The identification of leadership/management potential will happen
                     via the companies Leadership Excellence program. The program is designed to equip
                     all Brackets managers with the necessary skills and behaviors to enable them to
                     develop, motivate and engage with the staff that they manage.
                     Therefore all new managers and staff newly promoted to management will participate
                     in Bracket’s Leadership Excellence training program.

               6.0 Mentoring Program
                     The Company will support the provision of mentoring training to staff, designated by
                     their manager, who will be appointed to act as a mentor to new staff.  The mentor will
                     provide a high level of support and guidance to the new staff member during their
                     initial six (6) months of employment.
