continuing education courses (credits) stipulated by the governing body for their
particular professional license.
Such employees will receive:
Time off with pay to attend such courses
Reimbursement of any reasonable cost related to such courses
Reimbursement for the licensure fee itself.
5. 3.0 Payment:
Within 60 days after completion of an approved course, the employee completes an
Expense Report, attaching a copy of the following information and submits to Human
Resources. Human Resources will approve the expense report and return to the
employee for submission to Accounting/Finance for payment:
Official evidence of satisfactory completion of course
A receipt showing payment made
3.1 Repayment of Monies in Event of Termination
In the event that your employment terminates, within 12 months of date of
qualification (“Relevant Date”) or at any time prior to the Relevant Date, the
Company reserves the right to recover from you all or a proportion of the Fee on the
basis of the scale set out below:
