What You Want For Your Children ?
Absolutely, elderly people can lose weight – just as easily as anyone else. BUT THERE ARE CONSEQUENCES.
As the University of Georgia says: “Dietary and exercise regimens that help us do that would be a preferred
method of weight loss for older adults.”
Older people are more set in their ways and less likely to willingly try anything else – like Eating Once-A-Day.
Romance, saving money, even saving the children won’t help the elderly to willingly change.
BUT SAVING THEIR LIFE WILL – WHEN THEY UNDERSTAND SUGAR IS A NARCOTIC KILLING THEM. (PAGE: 9)
Remember Dr. Selby never said WHAT we had to eat – just WHEN.
So if your Doctor agrees, ask them for a list of their favorite foods (forget the nutritional stuff TO START).
Of course, it must be reasonably nutritious foods – but foods they like enough to wait for. Diplomacy Works.
NOBODY NEEDS TO EAT ALL DAY LONG. We just need to get past the “hungry” Dyspepsia problem (Pg: 40)
and the Depression problem (PAGE: 48) all of which are relieved with the significant reduction of SUGAR.
And don’t forget the Feast Of Champions to start – Elderly people love it too. I sure do ONCE IN A WHILE.
I’m almost 80, so I can tell you people my age tend to look forward to “a treat” for dinner, and probably you
do too. The older you get, your metabolism slows down, so the less you NEED to eat. Make It Enjoyable. The
above are A FEW of my favorites – including cheeseburgers. I REALLY ENJOY A GREAT MEAL so I look forward
to it EVERY day – but just once a day AT BEDTIME – No Pain. No Depression.
