Walkers and wheelchairs are the inevitable outcome of even being slightly overweight in your younger years.
Then comes obesity, then severe obesity, then morbid obesity, unless you get back to Normal as soon as you
realize you are even slightly overweight (see PAGE: 135). THERE ARE NO EXCUSES FOR ANY OVERWEIGHT.
This is a worldwide pandemic that you didn’t cause. FOOD PROCESSORS ADDING EXCESSIVE SUGAR DID.
But this is now and you’re here in it – so let’s do what we can do relatively easily with Dr. Selby’s help BEFORE
it happens to YOU . . . and then your Children and Grandchildren. And if you are even slightly overweight get
back to NORMAL (best Low-Normal PAGE: 135) immediately – Cut The Excuses or this is your future.
In hindsight, living with obesity presented me with many additional frightening obstacles that normal healthy
“skinny” people don’t have and don’t understand. But the inner anguish I felt cannot be adequately
described. Bariatric surgery is NOT an option as it does nothing for visceral fat (PAGE: 65 & 77). Children
need a role model. Bariatric surgery is NOT that role model. Bariatric surgery is simply another more
draconian form of PORTION CONTROL – take the easy simpler way FIRST eat Nature’s Healthy Way.
Whether or not you had the surgery – You Still MUST CONTROL YOUR EATING or you’ll get fat again.
Dr. Selby’s suggestion provides the easiest, simplest “Portion Control” known. EAT Once-A-Day AT BEDTIME.
Once you get past the SUGAR ADDICTION and Dyspepsia (60 – 90 days), then you can concentrate on the
healthy foods rather than the processed foods that inevitably have EXCESS sugar or sweetener in them.
Children should not be forced to eat breakfast or lunch. IF THEY ARE NOT HUNGY DON’T FEED THEM. If they
are not obese in childhood, they won’t crave sweet PROCESSED things like cookies, candies and ice cream.
If you’re a grandparent – read the above again. Milk and Fruit are just fine (NO FRUIT JUICE, it’s just sugar).
