                                                    Obesity And Your PAINS


                               Hello, my name is Richard Cherry; I’m the author.  This is how I looked 45 years ago, 90
                               days after Dr. Selby’s REVELATION. This is me today at almost
                               80. I FEEL GREAT - NO PAIN. You Can Too.

                               95% of Obese People have numerous pains. They’re looking for
                               their “MIRACLE” to make all their pains go away quickly. But,
                               they’ve been looking in the wrong places for decades.

                               WebMD says: “A study shows that obesity and pain go hand in
                               hand even if an obese person is otherwise healthy. A slew of
                               chronic conditions causing pain are common in those who are
                               overweight/obese including arthritis, depression, fibromyalgia
                               (muscle pain) and back pain.  Researchers found that as weight
        increased, so did the likelihood of pain:

        Compared to normal-weight people – Overweight (BMI 25-
        29) had 20% MORE PAIN, Obese (BMI 30-34) had 68% more
        pain. Severe Obese (BMI 35-39) had 136% more pain, and
        Morbid Obese (BMI 40+)  reported having 254% more pain”

        As a Morbid Obese, I had Hemorrhoids, Heartburn, Skin
        Rashes, Arthritis, Depression, Muscle Pains, Sore Legs &
        Back, Migraines and other nasty things all the time.  So I
        bought Pain Relievers.  I didn’t realize that normal people
        didn’t have anywhere near this much pain.  So I suffered,
        day after day NEEDLESSLY.  (Not the brightest guy alive.)

        IF YOU ARE OVERWEIGHT/OBESE, YOU ARE IN NEEDLESS PAIN – Suffering Unnecessarily All Day, Every Day.

          The Problem Is:  most of you love Sugar so much that the very thought of only eating Once-A-Day (which
          is all you need) is something you reject and then YOU make excuses why YOU can’t do it.  So YOU accept a
          continuing stream of unnecessary and debilitating PAIN.  This is:  DENIAL.   This Is Also:  NOT VERY BRIGHT.

        IF YOU BELIEVE eating how the Government and the Medical Industry and the Food/Sugar Industry and your
        Parents & Grandparents taught you is right and that Nature’s Healthy Way AT BEDTIME is ridiculous: The
        Reason Is:  SUGAR LOBBYISTS “overwhelmed” Nature, Your Government and YOUR SIMPLE COMMON SENSE.
