        As a diabetic, my A1C blood Sugar level average is 5.2 to 5.7 which is normal
        FOR A NORMAL PERSON.  For diabetics, normal is considered between 6.5
        and 7.5 – considerably higher than “NORMAL”.  This means obesity is
        harming every organ in your body due to overeating that directly causes
        diabetes.   Diabetes does this to your feet  – just imagine what it’s doing to
        all your insides – eyes, heart, liver etc.  including your muscles.

          FOR MY ONE-MEAL-A-DAY AT BEDTIME – I take insulin once a day just
          before I eat.  I check my blood 3 times daily  Morning, Noon and Before
          Dinner.  I use a calculus formula I developed over many years considering
          carbohydrates, stress (Internal & External), Basal Metabolic Rate and other
          factors giving me an average A1C of 5.2 to 5.7 consistently FOR YEARS. This
          results in 70/30 insulin use rate DIFFERENCES of up to 20 units DAILY (See
          PAGE: 138, item #8)   All this takes less time daily than brushing my teeth.

        Harvard researchers say: 85 percent of diabetics are overweight.
          Blood Sugar levels are FAR EASIER TO CONTROL by eating Nature’s
          Healthy Way than multiple times a day requiring multiple insulin injections
          that, at best, are someone’s guess.  Worse if they skip insulin altogether.
