standing part. Tuck the next loose strand under
the next strand in the standing part.

Eye Splice: Step 2

Turn the rope over and tuck the third loose strand

under the only strand in the standing part that
has yet to be used. Repeat the process until each

loose strand has been tucked into the standing
part three times. Roll the splice between your
hands to achieve the proper shape.
