1.1 Dharma books and mantra music produced by Taiwan Centre

The Taiwan Centre has also published several dharma books and dharma mantra music
which can be accessed via most e-channels globally.

The following are the three major dharma books which has been published and once the
following three books are understood and practiced well, one should be able to have an
end-to-end practice and understanding of the dharma and the noble truths of the Buddha.

               1. The First book is about Dorji Lingpa (Dorling) Preliminary Practice and Meditation.
This book consists of a series of deep reflections or contemplations on the four topics
which are referred to as the "four reminders" or "the four mind-changers or "the four
thoughts which turn the mind towards Dharma" followed by purifying the
obscuration of the body, speech and mind through certain practices and prayers. The
book also focusses on daily practices and how we can align dharma practices from
morning one gets up till evening when one goes to bed. The book also has a section on
the questions and answers on daily dharma practices.

               2. The Second book is on Sherab Nyingpo or “Prajnaparimita” book. The books get little
deeper into understanding dharma and its practices focusing on the perfection of
wisdom. The prerequisite to understanding this book is that you should have
completed the Dorling Preliminary Practice and Meditation in order to understand
and practice deeper using this book.

               3. The Third Book is on Tshik Sum Ney Dhek or 'Hitting the Essence in Three Words'
which focuses on the key points and the very essence of the path of Dzogchen or the
Great Perfection. Once the books on Dorling Ngondro and Meditation and the
Prajnaparimita is understood, this book is to be followed in order to accomplish the
path of Dzogchen and to realize the nature of one's mind and have deeper
understating and practices of dharma and pure mind.
