lineages, the Secretariat of
Dorji Lingpa foundation is
operated at Kawanjansa,
Thimphu, Bhutan.
Currently, the government fund support and the membership contributions from the
local members in Bhutan is very negligible. Almost 100% financial contribution and
support are received through the generous contributions from overseas sponsors,
particularly from Taiwan Dorji Lingpa Buddhist Centre to support the programs, projects,
and operations of the following monasteries and monastic schools registered under the
Dorji Lingpa Foundation:
1) Sephu Busa Wangdue Goenpa Dorji Lingpa Monastery and Buddhist College
2) Rukubji Duepung Zilnoen Ling Elementary School
3) Sephu Terney Gyel Pheling Shedra and Retreat Center
4) Dangchu Pema Shedrup Dhargay Khandroling Nunnery
5) Sherling Dorling Monastery and Institute of Indigenous Studies
6) Bjena Tashi Tokha Ugyen Norbuling Monastery
7) Drangla Lami Goenpa Monastery
8) Ula Choedril Thangkha Dorling Monastery
2. Current Busa Trulku Rinpoche
Current Busa Trulku His Eminence
Khentruel Sonam Gyeltshen Rinpoche is the
eleventh (11th) successive lineage holder of
Tshungmed Tashi Tenzin, the heart son of
Terchen Dorji Lingpa, and the Trulku
(reincarnation) of Lam Phuntsho Dorji
(Tsundrue Dorji), the ninth (9th) successive
lineage holder of Tshungmed Tashi Tenzin.
Busa Trulku Khentrul Sonam Gyeltshen
Rinpoche is the Chairman of Dorji Lingpa
Foundation.
