1. You’ve been promoted as a chief-inspector at the Sacramento Airport. Since
you want to ensure the safety of the company, employees and the travelers
as well, you asked the former chief inspector to guide you once again to
your company-airport tour/sight inspection.
Sample answer:
Thank you for your time, Sir. I just want a full view of the following departments before I start
with my daily duties. I’m happy that you’ve granted my request. Ok, can we visit the Security
Department first? It’s good that they have their signage big enough for the travelers to see
“Please do not park or stop along marked roadways “ and “Do not stop! Tickets are issued to
those in violation.” Well, this is for the benefit of everybody. How about the Lost and Found De-
partment? I bet the County Sheriff’s Department, who is taking care of the Lost and Found De-
partment, is truly helping hopeful owners who have lost belongings. What again is the hotline
number, Sir? Ok, that’s (916) 874-0701. I’ll take note of that! What about the Parking? I heard
we have new parking rates and Park smart, which is fast and easy paying. Like with the Security
Department, I want to congratulate them for the very nice signage that says “Relax-save fuel”
Oh, it’s good that parking or waiting is not permitted along airport roadways or at the terminal
curbs for everybody’s safety. Well, I guess this is the end of our tour. I am so delighted of the
coordination here at the airport. Good luck with your new position, Sir! You definitely deserve

2. You’re the Kitchen Supervisor of Delifrance. You heard that your superiors
would be having a tour/sight inspection at your branch, so you immediately
started inspecting the store yourself.
Sample answer:
Alright guys, our Board of Directors will be visiting this afternoon to have a quarterly com-
pany tour/sight inspection of our store. I supposed you actually know what to do now. I expect
that each one of you would cooperate and behave correctly. I want you to wear your hats on,
hairnets, uniform and Identification Cards properly. Clean your posts and greet customers in
a friendly manner. Once you see the Superiors enter our premises, greet them nicely and ac-
cordingly. Prove them that our branch is definitely the best. Ok, let me check out your breads
and pasta. This administration’s office should also be organized ok? Look at the facilities! These
tables and chairs should all be clean. Try to keep this kitchen always clean. Wipe the floors and
windows more often to avoid falls. Clean up 1 Team! Thanks for your cooperation!
