Sports Medicine II emphasizes the assessment and Physical Therapist Assistant $64,100
rehabilitation of athletic injuries. The content will include Occupational Therapist Assistant $67,800

individuals participating in athletic activities. In addition,
the use of appropriate therapeutic modalities and exercise
in the care and rehabilitation of injuries will be examined.

Sports Medicine III emphasizes the student’s ability
to apply concepts from previous Sports Medicine
course work to real-world situations and scenarios. A
priority will be placed on understanding the current
research and evidence-based practices affecting the
practice of Sports Medicine professionals. Students
are expected to participate in clinical situations
either at school with their athletic department or at
an outside clinical setting for real world experience.

better or instructor recommendation.)
