TRAINING – OUR PEOPLE
• Staff training regarding the different facility management systems is an essential
part of staff growth and expertise. Training provide confidence in the staff to
handle the problems more efficiently and accurately.
• In order for the facility management company (operator) to take over the
operations and maintenance of all the systems and services, he shall require
comprehensive knowledge and a sound understanding of equipment.
• HV / LV
• HVAC / Mechanical System Operator to employ ‘Champions’ for
system training by main contractor and
• Life Safety System its sub-contractor for ongoing operator
• Operation & Maintenance training during handover and O & M
phases.
• Security System and Services
Note:
- Main Contractor must designate a responsible person to schedule all trainings for each system fitted and to ensure the
training covers theoretical & practical requirements for each system installed.
- Phased learning approach must be used rather than one time training.
