Under the framework of media and information literacy assessment and

digital literacy, data collection is conducted to ensure consistency with the core

and secondary competencies identified as indicators as the goal of the operation,
which can be evaluated from 0 to 100 points and classified into 4 rankings, consist

of advance, intermediate, basic and improvement needed.

Based on criteria for measuring and leveling to be comparable with
UNESCO’s guidelines for measuring media and information literacy that can be

classified in 4 rankings, which are advanced, intermediate, basic, and improvement
needed. The same scoring criteria carried to digital literacy index.
