BR-44 Brake system – service brake (air pressure)

c. Check if the housing is cracked or broken. If yes,
replace it.

d. Check the thread connecting the fork, locknut and push
ord. Replace it if it is broken.

5. Assembly of front brake air chamber
a. Install the parts in the front brake air chamber. Hold
down the front brake air chamber using its disassembly
and assembly rack. Install the bolt on the front brake air
chamber's clamp and tighten its nut.
Caution

The jack shall not be lifted with excessive force so as
to avoid damaging the brake chamber.

Caution
The clamp fixing bolts shall be installed in the way
that their position connecting line is at a narrow acute
angle with those of the fixing bolts of the front brake
air chamber, so as to prevent the clamp bolts from
damaging the tire.
After they are installed, rotate the wheel and
check whether they contact the wheel. If so,
recalibrate the angle and do the installation.
