b. Gently hit the circumference of the clamp using a

copper bar to allow the clamp to fit with the housing.

c. Again, tighten the lock nuts on the clamp of the brake
air chamber.

d. Install and tighten the lock nuts of the front brake air

cylinder's push rod fork.

6. Installation of front brake air chamber

a. Install and tighten the fixing bolts connecting the front

brake air cylinder and brake air chamber support.

Torque: 70~100N•m

b. Install the push fork rod's flat head pin connected with

the adjusting arm. Install the flat washer and split pin and

lock the split pin.
