3. Disassembly of front brake air chamber IN

a. Loosen the lock nut of the front brake air chamber's

connection fork.

b. Rotate out the connection fork.

c. Place the front brake air chamber on the disassembly
rack. Use the jack to hold down the front brake air
chamber. Remove the lock nut on the clamp of the front FR
brake air chamber. Split the clamp, drop the jack, and
disassemble the front brake air chamber.

Caution

• Do not push up the jack with excessive force to BR
prevent damaging the brake chamber.

• Slowly lower the jack and disassemble when the
BW
return spring in the front brake air chamber is

restored to the free state.

4. Check the parts in the front brake air chamber.

a. Check if the diaphragm is cracked or aged. If yes,

replace it.

b. Check if the reset spring is crack, broken or fatiqued.

If yes, replace it.
