DI - 232 Diagnosis - Diagnosis-fault diagnosis of electronic and electrical parts

                   Failure phenomenon Phenomenon description
Ignition switch is in the "ON" gear, and the combination switch is set to "high beam"
Two side high beams not on
gear, the high beam on both sides are not on.
              Diagnosis procedure
              1. Check the high beam fuse

              a. Ignition switch:LOCK.
              b. Open the body harness fuse box cover

              c. Remove left high beam fuse F25 (10A) and right low beam fuse F26 (10A).
                                                           Caution

Dismount the fuse with a special fuse remover. Do not pull it out directly with hands, which may
              damage the fuse.

                                                        d. Check if the fuse between left high beam F25 (10A) and
right high beam fuse F26 (10A) is burnt out.
                     Disconnect Normal

Check if the fuse is broken

Yes>replace with the same spec fuse
              NO>go to Step 2.
              2. Check the high beam relay

              a. Ignition switch:LOCK.

              b. Disconnect the high beam relay R14 check the continuity with a multimeter.
                                                        c. Measure the conduction between No. 30 and 87a
terminals of relay R14 of high beam with a multimeter
                                                        Standard resistance:

                                                             Storage battery voltage Standard value

Do not apply voltage on relay 85 About 0Ω
                                                         and Terminal 86
