Ignition switch is in the "ON" gear, regardless of that whether the light combination
Two side low beam lamps always DI
switch is placed in the "low beam" gear or not, the low beam lights on both sides are
on
normally on.
Diagnosis procedure EG
1. Check the low beam relay
TR
a. Ignition switch:LOCK.

b. Disconnect the relay R12 of low beam lamp and check the conduction with a multimeter.

c. Take a multimeter to measure the continuity of the No. 30

and No. 87a terminals of the low beam relay R12.

Standard resistance:

Storage battery voltage Standard value

Do not apply voltage on relay 85
About 0Ω
and Terminal 86

d. Take a multimeter to measure the continuity between No.
30 and No. 87 terminal on low beam lamp relay R12.
Standard resistance: EL

Storage battery voltage Standard value

Battery positive pole connecting to

Terminal 85 and negative pole About 0Ω

connecting to Terminal 86

Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 2.

NO>repair or replace the low beam lamp relay

2. Check the light combination switch
a. Ignition switch:LOCK.

b. Disconnect the connector B034 of light combination switch
c. Light combination switch is not in the "low beam" gear.
