DI - 224 Diagnosis - Diagnosis-fault diagnosis of electronic and electrical parts
Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 3.
NO>replace with the same spec bulb
3. Check the harness and connector between the low beam relay and the left front grouped lamps
a. Ignition switch:LOCK.
b. Disconnect the connector B004 of left front combination lamp
c. Ignition switch: ON.
d. Take a multimeter voltage gear to measure the voltage
between No. 2 terminal of B004 and grounding.
Standard voltage:
Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value
B004(2)-grounding Storage battery voltage
Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 4.
NO>repair or replace the open harness between the low beam lamp relay to left front combination lamp
4. Check the left low beam lamp grounding circuit
a. Ignition switch:LOCK.
b. Disconnect the connector B004 of left front combination lamp
c. Take a multimeter to measure resistance between No. 9
terminal of B004 of left front combination lamp connector
and grounding.
Standard resistance:
Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value
B004(9)-grounding About 0Ω
Check if the result is ok?
Yes> retest the above steps
NO>repair or replace the harness
