When the ignition switch is placed at "ON" position, the

voltage is insufficient although the battery is charged.
Diagnosis procedure
EG
1. Check the battery wiring terminal
a. Check whether the positive and negative cables of battery are damaged, oxidized, bad contact or loose.
TR
Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 2.
AX
No > repair the relevant fault point.
2. Check the generator belt
FR
a. Check the generator belt for damage.
Check if the result is ok?
ST
Yes>go to Step 3.
No>repair or change the generator belt.
BR
3. Check the generator
a. Check the generator output voltage. BW
Is the test result ok?
Yes>charge or replace the battery.
EL
No>Repair or replace generator.
