Diagnosis - Mechanical fault diagnosis                   DI - 439

              Failure diagnosis                                                                                   IN

              When the vehicle fails, first check visually for normal items. Items to be checked as follows:
              ● If there is obvious damage on the visible or easy to contact parts.                               DI
              ● If there is any additional installation after-sales which may cause system failure.
              ● If the parts are loose abnormally?                                                                EG

              ● Check the rear axle for bending.
              When the vehicle fails, the corresponding phenomenon will appear. Common failures and trouble-shooting as   TR
              follows:

                                                                             Adjust.  If  necessary,  replace  the  failed

              Tyre worn abnormally or too fast                               Replace  the  bearing  or  tighten  the  nut
                                           3. Hub bearing (worn or damaged)
                                                                             according to the specified torque    EL
                                                                             Tighten the bearing nut according to the

                                           1. Hub bearing (too tight fitting)     Undo the bearing nut

              Front axle shaft end hot     2. Hub bearing (worn or pitting)     Replace the hub bearing
