Transmission fault
Overview
1. DC6J75TT transmission is manual transmission, composed of transmission housing, variable-speed
transmission mechanism, variable-speed control mechanism and gearshift.. The transmission housing is
castin and is installation base for other transmission components The variable-speed transmission
mechanism is used t change transmission ratio torque and rotational direction; the variable-speed
control mechanism and gearshift are used to shift gears.
2. It increases the engine torque and speed change range to adapt to the power requirement of vehicle under
various conditions.
3. It can realize the vehicle reversin requirement when the engine crankshaft maintains invariable
rotational direction.
4. It can interrupt the engine power output to enable that the vehicle can park temporarily
Precautions
1. Never reuse the discharged transmission gear oil.
2. Maintain the vehicle horizontal in case of inspection or replacement of transmission gear oil.
3. Keep the transmission inside free of dust or impurit when the transmission is dismantled or
disassembled.
4. Check and determine the correct mounting position before dismantling or disassembling. If the fitting
mark is required, the function of marked component cannot be affected after the mark is made.
5. As required, tighten the bolt and nut by steps from center to outside. Follow the tightening sequence, if any.
6. Do not damage the sliding surface and fitting surface.
