Axle and transmission shaft fault IN

              Transmission shaft fault
              Overview DI

The transmission shaft is composed of universal joint, axle tube and intermediate support, the front
end of which is connected with transmission output shaft via spline and the rear end of which is connected EG
with rear axle via flange plate. It is used to transmit the transmission power output to final drive. The
transmission shaft must be capable of transmitting the maximum torque generated by engine at low gear and TR
withstanding the fast rotation required by vehicle for high-speed running.
              Precautions AX
              1. Please do not dismantle transmission shaft assembly without special reasons.

              2. If the transmission shaft assembl has t be dismantled be sure t clean all components after
                                                                                                                  FR
              dismantling.
              3. After the transmission shaft assembly is dismantled, check all components one by one and repair or
              replace it when necessary. ST
              Failure diagnosis

                                                                                                                  BR
When the vehicle fails, first check visually for normal items. Items to be checked as follows:
              ● If there is obvious damage on the visible or easy to contact parts.
                                                                                                                  BW
              ● If there is any additional installation after-sales which may cause system failure.
              ● If the parts are loose abnormally?
                                                                                                                  EL
              ● Check the transmission shaft for bending.
When the vehicle fails, the corresponding phenomenon will appear. Common failures and trouble-shooting as
              follows:
