              Front axle assembly fault

              Overview

              1. The front axle mainly undertakes the load of vehicle front section. It is connected with the frame through
the suspension mechanism. The wheels are installed at the two sides. It can turn the wheels at the two sides to
a certain angle to realize the vehicle steering.
              2. The rolling resistance, drive force, braking force and side force as well as bending moment and torque pass
to the suspension and frame through the front axle. Therefore, the function of front axle is to pass the various
forces between the frame and wheels as well as the bending moment and torque.

              3. The front axle structures for various types of vehicles are basically similar, mainly consisting of front axle,
steering joint, main pin and hub The front shaft is the part of front axle and its cross section is I-shaped.
              Precautions

              1. Check the parts with special measuring instruments and tools. Decide if the parts can still be used
according to the service standard list.
              2. Repair or replace the broken parts according to the requirements. If one of a pair is worn and
exceeds the required clearance, the complete pair shall be replaced.
              3. All the rubber parts, such as O-ring, oil seal, pad, etc. Replace them after disassembling. Do not allow
              to reuse them.

              4. Carefully check the appearance of all the parts visually or using red pigment penetration and other
specified method If there is uneven wearing, scratch, crack, bent deformation, color change or rust in
              outside surface, repair or replace.
              5. No overload for axle to avoid damaging.
              6. Before using a new axle, fill in adequate lithium base grease at each butter nuzzle.
              7. After driving every 2000km, fill lithium base grease.

              8. When driving every 8000-10000km, check the braking plate to see if the hub bearing get loose. Before
each driving, check the hub nut and joint fixing nut.
