EG - 22 Engine section – Engine (Cummins ISF3.8)

Check the battery cable and connection. Clean or eeplace

Battery cable diameter or length not Use a piece of cable with a larger diameter or shorter

Engine oil pressure switch, pressure
Check if the engine oil pressure switch, pressure gauge,
gauge or sensor failed or installation
pressure sensor work well and the positions are correct
position not correct

Engine drive device meshed Disengage the engine driving device
The engine fails to
Starter circuit part failed Check the starter circuit parts
drag or drag slowly
Starter motor pinion or gear ring broken Dismount the starter motor and check the gear

Check the engine oil level. Verify if the engine oil scale
Engine oil level higher than specification
calibration and oil sump capacity is correct

Engine oil not meeting the specification
Replace the engine oil or filter

Check if the crankshaft rotates flexibly. If necessary,
