Check on car IN

1. Check that if the clutch is slipping.

Enable the parking brake, put the gear into low gear, start the engine, depress the accelerator pedal, lift the

clutch pedal slowly. If the vehicle cannot move forward and the engine does not flameout, that is clutch slip
failure. EG
2. Check the clutch for joggle.

Put the gear into low gear and relax the clutch pedal slowly to move the vehicle. If the vehicle has a sense of TR
vibration, that is clutch judder failure.

3. Check the height of clutch pedal AX

a. Check the height of the clutch pedal to the floor.
Height of clutch pedal:155.8mm FR

4. Check free travel of clutch pedal BW
a. Gently depress the pedal until it senses resistance and
check the clutch pedal for free travel.

Free travel of clutch pedal:153mm

5. Check the level of clutch fluid reservoir

a. Check if the level of clutch fluid reservoir is within the
specified scale line.
