Transmission and Control Mechanism - Clutch TR-11

Check and repair IN

1. Remove the transmission assembly (see "Chapter TR The transmission and Control Mechanism -
Manual transmission - Transmission assembly - Transmission assembly, Replacement") DI
2. Remove clutch pressure plate and driven plate
assembly EG

a. Install the clutch positioning tool in the center hole of
clutch pressure plate and driven plate. TR
b. Make assembly marks on the clutch pressure plate and
flywheel to facilitate installation and maintain the AX
original balance.

c. Loose the fixing bolts of clutch pressure plate evenly
until the spring pressure on the plate is completely

removed.

d. Remove the fixing bolts of clutch pressure plate and
gently remove clutch pressure plate and driven plate.
Caution
Do not drop the pressure plate and driven plate to
prevent personal injury or damage to the pressure
plate and driven plate.

Warning
Keep the components clean, avoid contact with dust
and grease on the surface of clutch pressure plate,
driven plate and flywheel.
