3. Repair the clutch driven plate

a. Measure the thickness between surface of the driven
plate and the head of the rivet and, if it exceeds the limit,
the plate should be replaced.
Limit: 1.4mm

b. Check the deviation of clutch driven disk assembly
and, if it beyond the standard, the assembly should be
replaced.

c. Check the damper spring and the corrugated sheet for
severe wear, breakage and ablation, and replace the
clutch driven plate if present.

4. Repair clutch pressure plate

a. Measure the flatness of clutch pressure plate with ruler
and thickness gauge, and replace it if it exceeds the limit.
Limit: 0.08-0.1mm

b. Check the thickness and width of the wear of
diaphragm spring with a vernier caliper and, if necessary,
replace the clutch platen assembly.
c. Check lap joints rivets for loose, and if loose,
replace with new pieces.
