Check and repair IN

1. Disassemble the 2nd shaft assembly

a. Remove the 5th gear synchronizer ring.

b. Remove the fixing circlip of the 2nd shaft front needle

bearing and remove the needle bearing using a puller.

c. Remove the fixing circlip of the 5th and 6th gear
synchronizer, remove the fifth and sixth gear EL
synchronizer assembly.
Caution
Mark the direction of the 5th and 6th synchronizer
for easy installation.

d. Disassemble the 5th and 6th gear synchronizer, and
check if the components are flexible.
