c. Install the teeth seat and gear sleeve of reverse gear
synchronizer, and fixed with a circlip.
Caution

The circlip is a one-time part, which need to be replaced.

d. Install the reverse gear and needle bearing assembly.

e. Turn the two shafts upside down and install the 2nd
gear synchronizer cone ring assembly, dowel pin, the 2nd
gear needle bearing, the 2nd gear and the thrust washer of
2nd gear.
Caution
Fit the 2nd gear with the synchronization cone ring,
so that the 2nd gear can be installed in place. Use
tools to install thrust washer in place.

f. Install the thrust washer circlip of 2nd gear.
