l. Install the thrust washer circlip of 4th gear.
Caution

• The jump ring needs to be replaced
• After installing the circlip, rotate the 4th gear by
hand, if it can not rotate or hard to rotate, it needs to
be disassembled and repaired.

• Use a tool to install the thrust washer in place.

m. Install the 6th gear and needle bearing assembly, and
install the 6th gear synchronizer ring.

n. Install the 5th and 6th gear synchronizer assembly, and
fix with circlip.
Caution

• The jump ring needs to be replaced
• After installing the circlip, rotate the 6th gear by
hand, if it can not rotate or hard to rotate, it needs to
be disassembled and repaired.

o. Install the front needle bearing of 2nd shaft and
secure with circlip.
Caution

• The jump ring needs to be replaced
• Use a press or other tool to press the needle bearings
into place.

p. Install the 5th gear synchronizer ring.
