Check and repair

1. Disassemble the intermediate shaft assembly
a. Turn the intermediate shaft upside down and remove
the fixing circlip of the intermediate shaft 5th gear.

b. Remove the 5th gear and remove the internal flat key.
Caution

Use the press to disassemble the 5th gear.

c. Remove the 6th gear and remove the internal flat key.
Caution
Mark the mounting position of flat key when
disassembling.

d. Remove the 4th gear and remove the spacer of 4th gear.
Caution

The remaining parts are no longer removed, for
maintenance, replace the remaining assembly.
