Check and repair

1. Place the transmission assembly on the disassembly
table and put it in the neutral gear, then discharge the DI
transmission oil and clean the outer surface of the
transmission EG
2. Remove the transmission control mechanism

a. Remove the screws and nuts of transmission cover, and
remove harness bracket and transmission cover assembly.
Caution AX

Because the bolt is coated with thread locking glue, it
needs to be removed slowly to avoid damaging the FR
bolt and the screw hole.

b. Remove the fixing bolts of top cover and remove the
top cover of transmission.

Caution

Carefully remove the top cover, and remove the BW
self-locking spring and self-locking steel ball.

c. Check the selector knob for wear and tear, check for
spring for breakage and deformation, and check if the
parts are flexible.
