h. Install the 3rd gear synchronizer cone ring assembly

Caution

Fit the cone ring and 3rd gear gear into place.

i. Install the 3rd and 4th gear synchronizer components with

a 4th gear synchronizer ring and secure with a circlip.

Caution

• The jump ring needs to be replaced.

• After installing the circlip, rotate the 3rd gear by

hand to check if the 3rd gear can be rotated easily, if
it can not rotate or hard to rotate, it needs to be

disassembled and repaired.

j. Install the 4th gear and needle bearing assembly.

k. Install the dowel pin of the 4th gear thrust washer and

install the thrust washer.
Caution

Use a tool to install the thrust washer in place.
