n. Turn the 2nd shaft upside down, first remove the
reverse gear and needle bearing.
Caution

Since the 2nd shaft rear bearing has been removed,
the reverse gear and needle bearing can be removed
directly. This step can also be done when the 2nd shaft
assembly is removed to prevent the components from
falling during the disassembly process.

o. Remove the fixing circlip of the reverse synchronizer
teeth seat, remove the teeth seat and ring gear of the
reverse synchronizer gear.
Caution
The circlip is one-time part. It should be replaced

after dismounting

p. Remove the 1st gear and needle bearing.

q. Remove the fixing circlip of the 1st and 2nd gear
synchronizer, remove the 1st and 2nd gear synchronizer
assembly.
Caution
Mark the direction of the synchronizer for easy
installation.

2. Check the important parts of the 2nd shaft
assembly

a. Use a dial indicator to check the radial runout of 2nd
shaft
Radial runout limit: 0.1mm
