5. Check harness and connector (Assistant driver door power window motor-
grounding)

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Unplug the assistant driver door power window motor G01.

(c). Measure the resistance with the multimeter.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is an open circuit)

Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter
G01(4) - grounding ＜ 2 Ω

Is the inspection result normal?
Yes>To step 6.
No >Repair or replace the harness.

6. Check assistant driver door power window motor

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Replace with a new assistant driver door power window motor, connect the vehicle
diagnostic device to the vehicle diagnose interface.
(c). Ignition switch:"ON"，read the DTC and observe the vehicle symptom with the
vehicle diagnostic device.

Check whether the fault code and symptom exist?
Yes>To step 7.
No >Replace the assistant driver door power window motor.

7. Check BCM control unit

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Replace a confirmed good BCM control unit, and connect the diagnostic device to
the vehicle diagnose interface.
(c). Ignition switch:"ON"，read the DTC and observe the vehicle symptom with the
vehicle diagnostic device.

Check whether the fault code and symptom exist?
Yes>Find the causes from other symptoms step.
No >Replace with a new BCM control unit.
