62-94 DIAGNOSIS-REVERSING RADAR

Diagnosis Procedure

1. Check the reversing radar sensor

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect the reversing radar left sensor connectors N01.
(c). Disconnect the left and middle reversing radar sensor connectors N03.
(d). Disconnect the right and middle reversing radar r sensor connectors N04.
(e). Disconnect the reversing radar right sensor connectors N06 .
(f). Change the reversing radar sensor.
(g). Ignition switch:"ON".
(h). Hang into the reverse gear.

Is reversing radar working normally?
Yes>Change the reversing radar sensor.
No >To step 2.

2. Check the harness and the connector (reversing radar sensor-grounding)

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect the reversing radar left sensor connectors N01.
(c). Disconnect the left and middle reversing radar sensor connectors N03 .
(d). Disconnect the right and middle reversing radar r sensor connectors N04 .
(e). Disconnect the reversing radar right sensor connectors N06 .

(f). Measure the resistance according to values
in the table below.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is an open circuit)

Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter
N01 (4) - Grounding ＜ 2Ω

N03(4)- Grounding ＜ 2Ω

N04(4) - Grounding ＜ 2Ω
N06(4) - Grounding ＜ 2Ω
Is the result normal?
Yes>To step3.
No >Repair or replace the harness.
